ABOUT

ATME Photo and Video
We tell stories that transcend images.

Above all, we are passionate about storytelling. We believe that every moment, person, place, or product has a unique story to tell. It’s this passion that has brought us here.

We started our journey in the corporate market and, over the years, expanded our scope to cover social events, photo sessions, architecture, gastronomy, weddings, travel, music festivals, and much more.
While many specialize in specific niches, we chose a different path: embracing diversity. Why? Because we understand that, at our core, we work with images – whether captured through photographs or videos. Our commitment is to use all of our cultural background, academic training, and, most importantly, life experiences to create narratives that delight and satisfy our clients.

At every event or photoshoot, our multiple areas of expertise ensure that every detail is captured with excellence. From behind-the-scenes moments to the main ceremony, from the delicacy of food and floral arrangements to the grandeur of architecture, we are prepared to capture it all with precision. Whether it’s the quick click of a fleeting moment or calm, assertive direction during a photoshoot, our team is committed to offering an attentive and sensitive eye to every aspect of your project.

Our Evolution
We began with just event photography. Over time, we added video production to our portfolio. Today, we also create content for social media and offer mobile photo and video coverage services. We are generalists within today’s multi-segmented market and, at the same time, specialists in photography and videography. It’s as simple as that.

Currently, we operate in two countries: Portugal and Brazil. We have skilled teams in both territories, ready to handle a wide variety of requests, including simultaneous events.

The Founders

Arianne Thrall
Arianne is a visual artist graduated from the Belas Artes Institute of São Paulo, with a degree in Visual Arts (2009). Coming from a family of jewelers, she works as a jewelry designer. Since 2015, she has combined her artistic sensitivity with photography as a founding partner of ATME.

Marco Estrella
His journey began in 1999 with an analog camera in hand. After a period working in economics and the corporate world, Marco returned to photography in 2010. In 2011, while in Australia, he founded Marco Estrella Photography, which evolved into ATME in 2015, in partnership with Arianne Thrall.

The Name
The name ATME came about during a moment of creative spontaneity and sound adaptation. Without overthinking, we combined the initials of our names and loved the result. The sound was perfect, and so it stayed.
